Cancellation Policy

• We have a 3 hour cancellation policy for Yoga/Bounce/Core (Mat) Pilates/Barre classes. If you do not cancel your reservation at least 3 hours before class, you will still be charged for the class. Those with Class Passes will lose a class. Those with Community Membership/Unlimited Yearly Membership will be charged a late $10 cancellation fee. We do not have a landline in the studio and we can’t guarantee that we will receive your email on-time, so you must cancel online.

  Workshops/Events and Pilates Privates/Group Reformers, have a 24 hour cancellation policy.
