The Pilates Method was developed by Joseph Pilates (1880-1967) to provide balance and vitality to the body through mindful exercise, and neuromuscular re-education. At its core Pilates is a discipline, created as a dynamic movement experience to be practiced over time and carried through life.
Just Getting Started?
We recommend all New Students take a MINIMUM of 2 Private Pilates Sessions before attending Group Reformer Classes. This is important for your education and safety. Each lesson is personalized and will help you build strength, flexibility and body/breath awareness.

Reformer Classes
Max 4 Students Zionsville/Westfield and 6 Students Carmel
Reformer work is designed to improve strength, coordination, flexibility, balance, and stabilization using the resistance and assistance of the springs and straps. Additional Pilates equipment/props are layered in to build additional body awareness.
All Reformer Classes can be found under CLASS SCHEDULE tab - Zionsville/Carmel/Westfield
Pre-registration required to reserve your spot/Registration closes 1 hour prior to class start. No walk-ins.
Sticky Socks are Required. No heavy lotions/oils on skin.
Doors lock 5 minutes after class starts. Please arrive 5 minutes early to prepare for class. No admittance will be allowed for the safety of our teachers and students and to minimize disruptions.
No phones allowed in class/mute ringers.
Private Sessions
Pilates Private Sessions offer the unique opportunity to work one on one with our Pilates experts. Instructors are trained to assess your strengths and limitations, analyze your movement patterns, and in turn develop exercises suited to your specific needs. This is the best way to achieve your unique physical + postural needs helping you go deeper into your practice!

We do offer Private Duet sessions.
Coming to us with injuries, chronic conditions, or pre/post-natal? A minimum of 2 Private Pilates Sessions required as a safe initial starting place and for assessment.

Expiration Policy
ALL Pilates Group/Privates/Duets expire 1-3 months after purchase.
No exceptions/extensions/credits/refunds.
Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to our instructors, all private sessions/classes must be canceled within 24 hours of scheduled appointment/class time. If cancellation is not received within 24 hours, it will be considered a late cancellation and will result in client being charged in full. To cancel, please login to your MindBody account/Schedule.
