Even before attending my first yoga class, I sensed a unique calling to this practice. As I raised my family and worked nights as a Labor and Delivery Nurse, I felt there must be more to fitness than traditional paradigms. After my first Hatha class, I realized I had found my home.

My Pilates journey began years ago with mat classes and evolved to include a variety of equipment-based training. Much like my yoga education, I recognized the importance of pursuing a Comprehensive 500-Hour Pilates Training to deepen my expertise. This journey reinforces my belief in the profound connection between the physical and mental aspects of health and wellness.

As an instructor of both yoga and Pilates, my goal is to assist students in achieving physical and mental balance.

The principles of Love, Practice, Growth, and Community are the foundations of my teaching and the experience I strive to provide for my students every day.
