The Pilates Method was developed by Joseph Pilates (1880-1967) to provide balance and vitality to the body through mindful exercise, and neuromuscular re-education. At its core Pilates is a discipline, created as a dynamic movement experience to be practiced over time and carried through life.

Recovering from recent injuries, have chronic health conditions, or are currently in the prenatal/postnatal period?

A minimum of 2 Private Pilates Sessions are required to make sure you are cleared to practice, and have the best plan for your growth and safety before moving into a Group Reformer Class.
